WHAT TO EXPECT

To start, after petting the dog if you have one, we will ask to see your space and we will give you one of our idea books to review while we take measurements and notes that will aid us in the design process. We’ll ask what you do and don’t like about the space as it is and if there is anything specific that we need to address to give you a finished project that can accommodate your stuff and makes you feel good whenever you enter.

We will discuss build times, color and style preferences, and, if you wish, budget. Then, time permitting, we will do rough sketches of possible designs for your project and review them with you. Your input will let us know if we have understood your wishes and will show you how we approach space design.

After the first appointment we will create a draft plan and email it to you using our state of the art CAD program to provide you with realistic images of your finished project. Then we will work with you to finalize the design. To this point you will not have paid us anything or committed to anything.

Only when we have your approval for the project, will we ask for a deposit and schedule an installation date. If you choose white or ivory finishes for your storage system, turnaround can be very quick. Other finishes must be ordered but only need a week or so from order to delivery. We really don’t like to keep you waiting. The time required for installation depends on the size and complexity of your project, but most master closets, for example, can be completed in one day.
